Amendments remove improperly written laws and re-direct the Constitution. Amendments eliminate personal Rights or add new Rights.
A lawsuit was filed in March 2001. Supreme Court denied suite on Oct 30, 2006. I was led to the documents posted in foavc.org. They do not transfer well.
Three new Justices sit on the Supreme Court today. Read Article V, it states clearly that two-thirds of State Legislatures have the authority to call for a Constitution Amendment Convention. The States are not required by Article V, to request permission or include Congress in the convention.
In fact, the purpose of granting State Legislatures independence from Congress, was so States could regain control of the Constitution when Congress becomes self-serving.
The physical location of the Constitution Convention is not stated in Article V. Governors and /or joint house leaders may organize a Tele-Convention or Net-Convention to write suggested provisions and submit ideas to respective legislatures that would add or subtract desires. It is a time consuming process to prevent mistakes. As-soon-as more than two-thirds of States propose the final Amendment(s), the Constitution allows seven years for three-fourths of  State Legislatures to ratify the Amendment(s).
The President, Congress nor Court have input or control of the State initiated Amendment process.

Citizens not willing to stand-up to wrongful acts by politicians and courts, deserve to live under the result.

Nothing has changed since The Roman Empire. Governments' goal is separation of every recognized Superior (GOD) from the people. Governments must eliminate Christ, Buda, Mohamed and the Jewish God, because religions challenge government authority on earth.
Governments use gunpowder, nuclear bombs, chemicals, biological agents and taxation-to-poverty, as weapons to control population's thoughts and actions. Fear of torture and death insures compliance. The power that made the universe has available Tsunamis, Floods, Droughts, Snow, Ice, Hurricanes, Earthquakes, Volcanoes, Meteors, Solar Events, Plagues and Petulance, which cause life extinction. Minor damage events might be existence evidence and warnings to individuals of a superior power than government. God, not government, granted individuals free choice. People can replace OUT OF CONTROL GOVERNMENTS. The superior power has repeatedly restarted earth-life after HIS and HER use of arsenal resources to clear mistaken commitment.
Of course, government claims the energy that continues maintaining 15 billion years of the complex expanding Universe, is void of intelligence with a plan, since the concept is beyond human capabilities.
Universe perpetual motion has continued for billions of years. Two-hundred thousand years of advancing earth science claims perpetual motion is impossible.
Government intelligence reduces human existence to a mathematical formula that instantaneously merged non-existing space-time continuum into self-establishing matter controlling interaction rules between matter and life. From a non-existing microscopic origin into the vastness of infinite space, a bang from nothing began matter, life and intelligent individuals on one planet capable of seeing and denying a greater intelligence.
P. T. Barnum found profit selling stories like this to people that Barnum called "Suckers born every minute". Humans serve one of two masters. Denying the reality does not eliminate the probability.
Government-controlled health care is the latest weapon. Individuals do not personally control any other area of daily life. People are not able to meet their own needs. How many design and build their own car? How many grow all their food? How many pull water from their home well? How many rely on cell phones for communication? Business may furnish but governments control every facet of the individual's daily life.
Medical care has not an excessive price limit. What mother would say "Let my daughter die, the cost is too much". People need science and government to organize daily life problems that are too complicated for ordinary humans. The Creator granted freedom and government granted a more pleasurable life through submission to government and Science.

Congress Vs Order of the Universe

Not subject to dispute is, Congress did not organize the Universe or Earth systems. Denying a greater power's existence seems stupid after viewing Hubble's pictures of a 15 billion year old Universe, which continues operating by a power much greater than Congress. Some say life came from outer space.


If that power-source established microscopic to human life and death value systems lasting over 4.5 billion years on Earth and counting, does a 230-year old Congress really want to challenge authority? Losing the argument may have a price too high.

Bound to endless deceptive excuses, humans must prove superior control of all humanity to justify deceptions continued existence. One lie leads to another recruiting human support to share personal responsibility. Excessive alcohol and drugs conceal emotional guilt. Meaningless sex with whatever is available gives physical pleasure and avoids commitment with eternal purpose. Growing numbers of followers' praise, proves wealth with power replaces TRUTH as the superior force on earth.

The "New World Order" of Deception replaced the Original World Order of TRUTH. LIES HAVE MORE POWER THAN TRUTH. Deceptions harm and kill life with intent to inflict pain.

CREATION TRUTH permits individual repeated errors, followed by admission of guilt with promised FORGIVENESS and ACCEPTANCE back to SALVATION LIFE. Humanity received Creator's physical embodiment of FORGIVENESS over two thousand years ago. All one has to do is acknowledge error and request FORGIVENESS from the Creator through Him. The WAY back to TRUTH opens the gates of to ACCEPTANCE. ETERNAL TRUTH EXISTS BEFORE and AFTER, without DECEPTION.

Truth Creator established a ONE-on-ONE relationship with each person, as stated in Holy Books, the American Declaration of Independence and Constitution. Nowhere is it written that the Creator formed then placed government between God and individual. Government interferes with relationships.

Deception and Democrats control the earth

Senator Nelson sold Nebraska's values, not just his vote. Once virginity and life are gone, loyalty to the reason lives-on in bondage, without a restoring second chance.
Sex and treason-to-values for $1.00 have the same identities at $100,000,000,000,000.00. People living with financed morality avoid mirrors and memories of the people's trashed honor. Thirty silver coins will help the benefactors feel deserved of punishment. There is no place to hide.

One Louisiana Senator received 300 million to violate claimed moral values for favoring the male leaders' position. A Louisiana Representative received more benefits for his vote. The press advertized threats against Senator Lieberman and his wife for being the sole holdout. Joe caved to protect his family. His pay-off may only be retention of his committee seat. Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts and other democratic states received dollar benefit for their states. Vermont Senator Sanders received approximately 10-billion dollar health care clinic clause for his willingness to allow excluding his life-long belief in government controlled medical benefits. Nelson of Nebraska vacated his objection to public-financed abortions after raising the extortion price for his vote to six million dollars and life-long exemption from Medicaid taxes. He now claims he did not request special favors. Estimated special deals total is 1.2 Trillion dollars added to the American debt.
Chicago style politics has a reputation for a reason. Broken windows, fires, rapes, beatings and Valentine presents convinced people to comply or die. Politicians, police, lawyers and judges preferred money for illegal support. Nelson re-adjusted his attire in a separate press conference from Harry Reid and gang. Reid stated in press conference, "This bill saves lives". However, 4-years of increased taxation will pass before the bill begins benefits. Was Senator Joe's family the only family threatened?
The Senator's face expression transformed from pride in righteous principles before, to shame and fear as he justified abandonment of Plainsman morality to please Senate leaders in closet negotiation privacy. The dollar amount justified committing principle-prostitution. Does he have children? Nebraskans begin a new bond to financial benefit in separation from their Mid-American moral values. Will their God save them now that they pay for abortions and receive tax breaks to look the other way?
One action sets free a bond with living immoral values. False leaders do not share in Central American Values. They demand any suicide for the greater goal in service of a falsehood. Humans begin a new human life in a woman's womb. The United States forces believers in God to participate in murder. The country's goal separates the nation from the Founding Father's recognized Creator of individual rights and limited government.
Company owners prosecute every individual business manager for "secret conspiracy sweetheart deals" that overdraft the owners' finances. When elected persons sell and buy votes with unborn taxpayer dollars to violate the Constitution, some people call it treason. Congress and Presidents call it business as usual. Self-centered people serving a LESSER GOD do not mind killing unborn-babies and taxing those who will escape the slaughter of the first-born, second-born...
Be prepared! The President's health care bill with all his original Constitution and people-raping programs intact, may replace both house and Senate bills in conference. Bait-and-switch is another tactic of deception. The twenty-plus commissions established will change whatever they want.
Before confirmation voting, House and Senate leaders may not allow members or the American People adequate time to study the conference-reconciled bill. Leaders must minimize exposure to conceal that taxes collected in the first four years may actually pay the ever-growing national bribery account. Funds go into the general fund. Surely, people who drive through one-word STOP signs will understand and comply with 2,700 pages of new law. Non-purchasers of medical insurance can go to prison under the bill. Government waste and business fraud will disappear by passing new laws making fraudulent waste illegal. Prisons will save tax dollars.
There is a possibility that voting fraud will determine 2010 and 2012 elections. Democrats do not fear the election process. Poll fixing is an old American tactic used to prevent minorities from voting. Angered excessive-taxed union bosses, corporations, major league sports members, Hollywood, and community organizers are loyal to wealth redistribution.
There are many sayings that come to the same conclusion. "Too many cooks spoiled the soup." "Watch (save) your pennies and your dollars take care of themselves." "That was the straw that broke the camel's back." "Do in private only what you would do with mother watching." "Earlier to bed and early to rise will make you healthy, wealthy and wise." "Never put off 'til tomorrow what you can do today." "It is better to give than receive." "God helps those who help themselves." "Treat others as you want to be treated." I knew and ignored until a young teen, most of the above. I was born evil without a desire to read or learn. Life forced an education or death. I chose less here for better later. Opposite poles of two magnet principles influenced my existence. I learned the preceding and much more.
I am proudly poor and am retired solely on social security. I live alone in one 'out-building' with my cats. Military Vet benefit package is now my health care after I was treated & studied at N.I.H. for 20-years. I would trade it all if wealth-on-earth had a superior value than an eternal life. It does not so I choose no medical assistance to keep me here. I know for me, another ever-lasting life follows this one. Your life is your business to do with what you choose. You may want to deny or ignore the power of lies governing separating Americans form Creation's TRUTH. Threatened with death people beg for acceptance by asking FORGIVENESS for life errors.
I spent many employed years in non-profit social organizing or education service between two periods of private business. Dishwasher to Administrator and grease monkey to truck driver fed the household appetite. I received welfare as a single parent for six weeks once and six months once. Two of my four daughters died of S.I.D.S. before age of three months. I learned the most important sins and blessings by experiencing extremes as giver and recipient. It is more rewarding to give than receive.
Giving in general does not have a time limit, while receiving beyond six month becomes personal-value destroying entitlement DEPENDENCY. Supported education at any age combined with volunteer service and a REPAYMENT program goal is the only exception. Learning creates a new giver. Individuals cannot separate personal actions from individual responsibility. Taxation is government financial control without a better value to the victim, while voluntary donation is GIVING with appreciation for life.

The far left goal is separation of humans from the ALMIGHTY GOD'S protection.

Rather than fight back, the remaining 60% may also accept forced servitude in fear of prison.

Against Constitution ARTICLE I section 8 and Bill of Rights ARTICLE [X], the House claimed the power to imprison Citizens for not buying health insurance, but still allow people keep the right to kill a human fetus. Read the Constitution again.

Smoking tobacco in public remains a crime and pot is now an acceptable crime, like illegal immigration. Public elementary schools may teach safe and same gender sex as proper, but schools must avoid the pledge of allegiance to the flag as offensive to some people. Founding Fathers' America committed suicide. 

The Free Nation of America is now a suburb of Chicago, the city run by lies and fear of gang-style punishment.

Most if not ALL religions teach that TRUTH rewards and punishes after death, for the one principle individuals choose to serve in life. Only DECEPTION rules with fear on earth.

Congress claims the minority in America has tried to nationalize health care for more than a century, but efforts have repeatedly failed. There is always a reason for failures.

Other flawed concepts have also failed in the same time span. Wood burning stoves in favor of gas and electric ranges, candle and gas lights, Nash Rambler cars disappeared while Ford remained. GM and Chrysler are dying with government assisance. Americans choose wisely, what was acceptable to preserve free choice advancements in America.

Several dedicated to improvement individuals, invented new industries to advance American opportunities. A few that come to mind are the Wright Brothers, Dodge Brothers, Rockefellers, Fords, Dr. Salk's polio vaccine and 2 men named Steve who developed the personal computer. Americans improved the world through new industries that created billions of jobs and the greatest individual wealth the world has ever seen, in spite of government.

During the same period of personal wealth advancement, productive American citizens rejected nationalized health care, beta video recorders, kerosene lights, alcohol prohibition and 55 mile per hour speed limits. Bad ideas fail the test of time.

The method to add Rights of People or change powers of Congress is stated in the Constitution ARTICLE V, called Amendments. Congress is currently restricted by the Bill of Rights, ARTICLE [X].

Please explain the difference between Senate & House Members committing political suicide with votes to support President and two House leaders with a spoken goal to end the American Constitution and a Muslim self-strapped with explosives to destroy Americans?

IN BOTH CASES, humans' futures end, so the demanding leader lives-on.
Now tell me the leaders care about the individual House Member or exploited Citizen.

Climate Control Legislation

Dear Sirs,


Actually improving the environment would stop politicians' source of dishonest income. Selling the fear of change does create wealthy politicians with the assistance of financial brokers and scientist, without ever influencing the environment. Natural temperature fluctuations prove either success or the need for more effort. Toss the coin. Heads the politician wins, tails the people loose.

Taxation of business passes the cost of continued pollution to the final consumer.

It is a fact that preventable waste of life and pollution needs to stop. The method must be honest.

Volunteered improvement is best. Passing then enforcing laws to force non-polluting business practices, will improve the environment and create new industrial jobs. The consumer pays either way. Everyone benefits from honest improvements.

The individual's goal is to transfer punishment to government for their personal choice responsibility for failed actions. Washington D. C. has no power to control the individual's behavior before personal actions.

Southern Californians have no power to force Virginians to wear shorts and sandals in January. Individuals will always do as the alone desire, regardless of recognized morals or laws. In the end, everything is personal, except the things are larger than humanity.

Provable earth facts are simple, climate changes with the passing of time. Archeologists discover previous civilizations under soil and water.

The earth has transformed from a three-thousand degree ball of liquid rock, to a sphere of salt water. The earth froze covered by six miles thick solid ice that melted exposing land. Everyone knows salt water does not freeze, since heavier salt sinks below the lighter ice and fresh water. Continents united as one giant land mass, two times so far. The ocean floor sinks into the earth core that erupts as volcanoes rising to snow-capped islands.

Space Mountains the size of Hawaii collided with earth blocking the sun for decades, but the earth continues to live. Volcanoes injected sulfur and carbon dioxide into the atmosphere that brought new life to desolate landscapes. Life continues to live in acids, ice, 130-degree deserts and rivers of lava. Life's source never consults with human scientists for suggested concept nor requests their approval of designed matter existence.

Fifteen-billion years of past success anticipated to continue for another fifteen-billion years, without human input, seems more powerful than science.

Change is constant without the assistance, approval or tiny influence of humans.

Of course, all of this began before dishonest humans learned to tax the fears of decent people. In time, today's microscopic life forms will join the extinct, as will humanity.

Science explains changes to people who live in exploitable fear of personal responsibility to a greater power. Politician's profit is not my concern. I do respect all life and the planet, through preventing unnecessary pollution and not killing for pleasure.

Taxation for personal gain is killing humanity to prove political superiority. Virginians, live how you deem necessary every day of your life. We will do the same, with your acceptance of our choice.

Whatever governments can destroy with the help of science and false profits, TRUTH will correct at the correct time. People may deny the center of Creation existence, which does not change the TRUTH.

Creation existed before humans. Creation will continue without the need for humanity's approval. Your organization has my permission to serve your goals to the best of your conscience. Remember that personal responsibility for individual choices is unavoidable.

You are the first elected person to identify the only issue that is constitutionally necessary to address.

Power to FORCE THE PEOPLE to purchase anything, is not a specified authorized power of Congress! In fact, Founding Fathers wrote and signed a Declaration of Independence, to escape a government that believed in FORCE. Founding Fathers defined government force as TYRANNY.

Sir, The only difference between the two parties is, which one receives the 60% / 40% split of the taxpayers dollar.

Congressional Authority to Force the Purchase of a Commodity

To the Founding Fathers, politicians were an unavoidable, annoyance, due to sheer numbers and the growing American population. The Fathers kept authority in the people, who granted limited authority to politicians.

Congress does not possess the peoples' authority to pass laws decreasing peoples' protected Rights of private ownership of wealth (Income) under the present Constitution. Confiscation without authority is illegal seizure of private property (income) with the purpose of redistribution of wealth. ARTICLES [IV & [X].

The Constitution was written by the people, specifically limited Congress' authority as defined ARTICLE I section 8, to meet the Nation's business needs, without requesting new authority through Constitution Amendments, ARTICLE V.

Constitution ARTICLE I section 9, list specific prohibitions of Government power.

Any authority not specifically mentioned, is covered under ARTICLE [X], commonly referred to as the Bill of Rights. ARTICLE [X], which assigns unmentioned power and authority to the States and People.

Congress must petition the people for not named authority through proposed Constitutional Amendment. TWO-THIRDS of States Legislators must ratify (approve) the Amendment before it becomes part of the Constitution. ARTICLE V

Congress does not currently have the Peoples' Authority to require the people to purchases a specific commodity such as healthcare or insurance.

The PEOPLE, through the Constitution, did not authorize Congress to confiscate the Peoples' WEALTH as income, for the purpose of WEALTH REDISTRIBUTION, to enable strangers to purchase the forced purchase commodity.

The Constitution does not specify documented and ignored government crimes, automatically convert into authorization of continued Constitution violations. It is no different in any criminal behavior that may benefit some, in one way or another.

A kidnapped person's ability to survive for 15-years as an enslaved victim does not make past or future abductions, legal, because the crime never came in front of a court.

Dear American with your choice of God of free choice and victims of torture,

You will recognize the current assault on American freedom before those without the torture of forced education. People of peace cannot live secure, knowing a predator may attack at any time. Once abused, fear haunts to the point of chemical escape.

People must live free or only exist from day-to-day. One truth has proven dependable, while deceivers serve the ability to employ pain and fear on people, to achieve self-serving pleasures.

Someone once said, "Any message you have to pay to receive is limited to the value of the purchase price." this message is freedom's value, at no cost to you. There is no book to buy.

While you read this letter, it is possible that you will understand why your gut is telling you to live in fear for your country's future. The answer is already in your gut. No one will prove your gut feeling wrong. I would not try.

Before we get started, ask yourself these simple questions.

1. Who is really going to benefit from forcing a government run national healthcare plan on Americans, against the peoples' will? With the forced price to increase each year, who benefits?

2. Why deny the people the right to read the bill, if it is honest? If the majority of people actually want the forced healthcare plan, why does congress work in secrecy and pass bills at 2:00 am?

3. Part a, how are politicians that entered politics poor, become wealthy in public office?

4. Part b, how are they going to benefit further, from nationalizing healthcare for the masses?

5. Can politicians spend more time and taxpayer dollars to satisfy politician's carnal pleasures? After a given point of satisfied physical pleasures, does wealth have purpose? There are physical limits.

6. Politicians must be serving a greater power or principle above humanity, bellow truth and without responsibility to the American people.

7. Government solutions have always started more problems. This will be no different.

8. If the power, which the politician's are serving, is above humanity but below the Creator of personal free choice what lesser power did the Creator cast to the earth?

9. Who can trust a person committed to deceiving?

The author of this letter's goal is to place into words that which Americans already know deep in their own private gut as the truth. It is that knowledge nagging to the point of confused anger, which cannot quite come out, in words.

Divided American citizens are again torn, between serving the elected government, the peoples' Constitution, fellow friends with strange attitudes and the Creator that was once not long ago, the moral authority of the United States. Ignorance is curable with self-education. The founding fathers' repeated the one principle in the Declaration of Independence and Constitution. Geneses introduced personal free choice to the world.

Creator and American nation once lived by the same principle of individual choice and limited government involvement, which permitted serving Creator and nation with the same proud breath of freedom.

When called to serve the nation's need, American people knew they served their Creator as well as the American nation. Immigrants and native-born men, women and children asked not why, they forgot self and came together as one people, to preserve a unified national commitment to freedom of choice.

No one needed to hear a President's same two-year repeated 'wash-n-dry' speech that was graded b+, when written as a high school freshman for a social studies teacher.

The administration claims the people really want the government control of healthcare programs.

The claim defies intelligence, since the administration finds it necessary to hard sell the take-over. People stand in lines overnight in sub-zero temperatures, to buy things they want... No one has to force them to buy, with the threat of fines and imprisonment for not buying.

The Constitution provides for rights changes in the peoples' Constitution, beginning with the amendments process. Congressional laws do not change the peoples' rights.

Frankly, the people never granted the elected servants of the people that authority.

Seventeen amendments have passed after the first ten, called the bill of rights.

How could the average citizen know, the Constitution? The public education system now spends class time telling kids what to think, rather than how to learn by researching the facts.

Teachers spending classroom time educating the need to accept same gender affairs, or sing children songs praising a current-serving politician, may explain why public school teachers have intentionally failed to teach the "three R's, since the 1950's.

 The founding fathers recognized the Creator in both founding documents.We will present one biblical gift and present Creator several times because the Founding Fathers did. This is by no means a religious presentation. You may rely on your present knowledge of biblical principle for understanding this explanation of the current common American problem.

Presented is a contract principle, claimed in the Nation's two founding documents. The founding documents announced to the world, that a contract relationship bonded the American individuals with both founding documents recognized Creator.

The people of the world accepted, that the Creator's promise was fulfilled. The Creator's authority founded a nation on the lesser power's earth, which formed the United States.

The people of the United States people, bonded 'as one' with the Creator, to form a government comprised of elected representatives. The elected politicians agreed to govern according to the will of the people who were Creator endowed. Eleven years and forty-four days after the Declaration of independence, The Constitution was signed, confirming the acceptance of the founding principle of Creator endowed RIGHTS to then individual, not subject to earthly elimination or revision...

The Constitution established specific limits and obligated responsibilities of elected politicians to serve, support, preserve, and protect the peoples' bond with the document's God of creation.

Protected is your personal view, especially if you reject what or who the Creator of life is. It is that right that makes America different. Your right to expression in public fits in with this message, even if the concept of a Creator makes you vomit.

Please keep 'that-too' private if possible, but if expressed in the public setting, Americans respect that everyone is free to express his or her own non-violent opinion. So please face away or use your own pocket to protect the rights of others.

Please take two minutes to read the first two paragraphs of the Declaration of Independence and Constitution preamble. These two are the documents that secure your right to self-determine your own life, absent of government force. The Constitution remainder establishes limitations, obligations and protected rights.

Double-check so you know that both quotations are correct in the documents.

As long as this explanation is, it is brief, compared to a congressional bill. This explanation is easier to understand, without an attorney's assistance.

Some things are repeated. There is nothing to conceal when presenting the truth.

The bible in many versions, is available everywhere worldwide. Great reading in the bible composed of the old and new testaments (also part of the Hebrew religion) and Christianity's New Testament, with one message from the same one God! The Islamic versions refer to the same bible stories, in a different way.

To many, the Bible's message boils down to "with honesty, do the best you can with what you've got, freely admit all errors, ask for forgiveness, accept just punishment then begin again to do your best with … the same message brings improvement to individuals within the law.

The bible inspired the founding fathers, who wrote both of the America founding documents. The Declaration of Independence and Constitution share the one principle that "individual persons are endowed with free choice from the Creator, which is extracted directly from the first chapter in the bible. People may choose to achieve through self-improvement, or fail. Force in either direction is not acceptable in America. Prisons have never forced success with morals.

The Declaration of Independence announced to the world a contract of freedom between the Creator and individuals living on American soil. The Declaration is the American nations' certificate of birth.

The Constitution is the nation's confirmation certificate that the people accept the responsibility to preserve and protect the bond with the Creator. The Constitution announced to the world, a contract between the individual Americans called 'people', who would retain the power of self-government. The peoples' elected representatives accepted the obligation to support the people retained authority.

More important, the contract establishes specific limitations of elected politicians. The most limiting authority is that congress could pass no law in violation of the Constitution and peoples' rights as stated in the first ten Constitution amendments called the bill of rights.

When the elected representatives become in their corrupt and immoral minds, superior to the many individuals, the people must regain control or choose to live as victims. As you recall, the founding fathers insured 'a retained peoples' right' specified in the declaration. (Third paragraph)

Fathers did not provide authorization for future government to change the nation's birth certificate, upon which authority the Constitution belonging to the people, formed the government. The people can regain control of a corrupt out-of-control government, through immediate means.

Founding fathers protected all future Americans 'People' control or power authority, by intentionally retaining "parents in principle" ownership of the nation's foundation principle of freedom. Unlike any other county, the United States authorized its own death, by choice of the people.

Americans have the free choice right, to eliminate free choice. Once voted out, free choice is gone.

Americans can return America back to the European style tyranny of selected politician control of all America. This is what the fathers revolted against, due to over-taxation and government controlled personal lives.

Americans have the right to burn the Constitution and flag that their ancestor voluntarily died to preserve. Present-day Americans may feel 'not up to the task' or unable to accept the consequences of personal failure to preserve freedom.

Self-responsibility could interfere with self-induced pleasure. Maybe the youth of America need to finally pay the price of freedom, by learning how to comply-or-die under government tyranny.

The presumed escaped personal responsibility for selfish immoral actions never does leave the individual. Comply-or-die has two options with maybe more than two results. Comply does not guarantee continued life.

A lesser power than the author of truth named the master of deception, who initiated comply-or-die, to impose fear, to replace the Creator's "service to truth through respect of self, nation and Creator".

Today's politicians serve a different master than the people bonded to a forgiving Creator, willing to forgive an admission of error.

Even big bang atheist, know biblical principles, which they spend a lifetime denouncing, until a crisis threatens their child's life.

At some point in life, before death regains the flesh, masses of non-believers well beg recognition from a greater power than humanity, for personal assistance and forgiveness for a lifetime of intentional errors. People in "life or death situations", remove shields and stand naked in front of the Creator, trying to avoid their own concept of deserved final justice.

The 'We the People' of the Constitution preamble, are the same individuals called "Mankind" in the Declaration of independence. The Declaration of Independence proclaims in the second paragraph, "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men (people) are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights that among these are life, liberty and pursuit of happiness. (Inalienable), cannot be separated,

The Declaration continues in words that apply more today, than they did in 1776. "That to secure these rights, governments is instituted among men, deriving their just power from the governed. That when any form of government becomes of these ends it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it and to institute new government …"

Again, only the Creator and the original signers can eliminate or change the declaration. No amendment authorization is included in the document!

The Constitution is a result of, therefore is responsible to, the Declaration of independence.

The Constitution preamble: "we the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure the domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution, for the United States of America."

Both the Declaration of Independence and Constitution founding documents declare to the world that, Creator has retained private ownership called "blessings", protection of all the people on United States soil.

Naturally, the lesser master met this public announcement with immediate opposition. The deceptive greedy wolves decided it was easier to break the bond between the people and their Creator from inside the political hen house called government. It took over 200-years of elections and advancements in science, to unite all the powers of deception to separate the people from their God, Creator of truth.

Billions of years earlier, the Creator cast the master of deception to the earth, with ownership and control. His role includes all creatures not able to express a free choice and the vegetation. Science tells us now, that fossil fuels are the collection most ancient earth life.

Could animal rights activist think the locations of coalmines and oil deposits are "grave-sites" of past living animals and plants, which belong to their master of deception? That would explain giving animals attorneys and spreading fear, about the redistribution of carbon and oxygen which constantly recycle, since neither can escape the atmosphere. Your solution, PAY HIGHER TAXES to the earth's owner's representatives.

HIGH TREASON in the Time of War

Renaming the declared two mid-eastern wars and the global war on terror to' overseas contingency plan or effort', is an attempt to conceal High Treason in the time of War.

At the same time, the administration is eliminating citizen-protected rights with an unconstitutional national healthcare insurance plan forbidden as a congressional power, without the Constitution Amendment process, this administration granted American legal-rights-status to enemy combatant detainees, so they could come on American soil to be tried in civil courts. Their crimes were on battlefields in a time of war, while wearing civilian clothes. They eat better than most Americans with private CD's, none of which the average homeland citizen has the ability to attain.   

This administration pays millions of dollars to island countries to maintain 4 individuals formerly held in GITMO. This administration pays more millions, improving living conditions of terrorist accused of assisting in slaughtering American children and women in the TWIN TOWERS, while American families are losing all they have worked for, as unemployment gains each week.

Americans cannot believe their choice of President is the enemy within the American boarders. We are now convinced by you intentionally not supporting our brave troops in the war you chose to support and escalate. The founding Fathers' new this day would come. The Declaration of Independence and Constitution provides the acceptable solution.

America has never-before-granted Constitutional Rights on the battlefield, to wartime murderers wearing civilian clothes, whose compatriots are actively killing Americans. Many intelligent Americans consider these acts as indisputable proof of intentionally furnishing aid and comforts to prisoners and enemies, not previously available in their homelands.

Enraged citizens view these actions as obvious aid and comfort during a time of war. Webster's Dictionary defines granting aid and comfort to the enemy during times of war as High Treason. Treason gives just-cause for impeachment. Possible impeachment is the one cause that eliminates the ability to Pardon or grant reprieves.

Immediate resignations are appropriate, without spending one more taxpayer dime.
