Constitution

Please, someone tell all Americans where in the Constitution is healthcare and / or insurance stated as a RIGHT of the PEOPLE?

COMPUTER Word-Search comes up empty.

Why did not the Founding Fathers FORCE the PEOPLE to furnish, the three basics to physical life, SHELTER, FOOD and WATER, to people without?

Why did not the authors of the Constitution include the People's instructions, for Congress and President to REDISTRIBUTE the WEALTH from one successful person's hard work, to less inspired persons?

The PEOPLE are the government, not the elected politicians, according to both The Declaration of Independence and Constitution.

What Constitution ARTICLE and section grants authority of the PEOPLE to Congress and President, to FORCE the PEOPLE to purchase any commodity, under the threat of fine and imprisonment for failure to purchase?

PEOPLES' Authority is not stated in ARTICLE I section 8, with all other people granted authorities.

In fact, the BILL of RIGHTS, ARTICLE [I], [IV] & [X] specifically forbid Congress from passing laws that violate the PEOPLES RIGHTS and CONSTITUTION. 'Bill of Rights' ARTICLE [X] retains all rights not specified as Congress', remain with the States and PEOPLE.

Please, someone show me that I am not correct. If learning to read means anything, what the Congress and President are doing to America, is not in the best interest of the PEOPLE.

Sincerely,

John J. Gorse
