No Republican addresses

Party‏

Sir, The only difference between the two parties is, which one receives the 60% / 40% split of the taxpayers dollar.

No Republican addresses the fact that the Constitution does not grant the people's authority to Congress, to force people to purchase a commodity. The Constitution does not authorize Congress to confiscate income to pay for that specific commodity or to fine and imprison people for failure to purchase.

Please report the ARTICLE and section that authorizes these actions, if I am wrong.

Sincerely,
John Gorse
