Freedom is worth the lives of American Soldiers in foreign lands to expand freedom, but not this administration's dedication to a free choice American People, protected by the living Constitution.

As of 11:00 PM November 7, 2009, Congress declared Americans as publicly maintained male and female bitches and whores, unable to supply their own insurance needs. What is worse is, 40% of Americans agree with democrats, that people live better ... financially caged ... ignored or healed at the will of strangers.

Rather than fight back, the remaining 60% may also accept forced servitude in fear of prison.

Against Constitution ARTICLE I section 8 and Bill of Rights ARTICLE [X], the House claimed the power to imprison Citizens for not buying health insurance, but still allow people keep the right to kill a human fetus. Read the Constitution again.

Smoking tobacco in public remains a crime and pot is now an acceptable crime, like illegal immigration. Public elementary schools may teach safe and same gender sex as proper, but schools must avoid the pledge of allegiance to the flag as offensive to some people. Founding Fathers' America committed suicide. 

The Free Nation of America is now a suburb of Chicago, the city run by lies and fear of gang-style punishment.

Most if not ALL religions teach that TRUTH rewards and punishes after death, for the one principle individuals choose to serve in life. Only DECEPTION rules with fear on earth.

Has the administration judged correctly that Americans rather live in fear of government?

Are Americans afraid to revolt?

Has America out-lived the principle of FREE CHOICE?

Please read your history books or at least listen to the democrats on C-Span link, 11-7-09. Teddy, R,  F.D.R, Johnson, Carter and Clinton, all tried and failed to nationalize health care. Americans dedicated to freedom, rejected servitutde to politicians.

Congress claims the minority in America has tried to nationalize health care for more than a century, but efforts have repeatedly failed. There is always a reason for failures.

Other flawed concepts have also failed in the same time span. Wood burning stoves in favor of gas and electric ranges, candle and gas lights, Nash Rambler cars disappeared while Ford remained. GM and Chrysler are dying with government assisance. Americans choose wisely, what was acceptable to preserve free choice advancements in America.

Several dedicated to improvement individuals, invented new industries to advance American opportunities. A few that come to mind are the Wright Brothers, Dodge Brothers, Rockefellers, Fords, Dr. Salk's polio vaccine and 2 men named Steve who developed the personal computer. Americans improved the world through new industries that created billions of jobs and the greatest individual wealth the world has ever seen, in spite of government.

During the same period of personal wealth advancement, productive American citizens rejected nationalized health care, beta video recorders, kerosene lights, alcohol prohibition and 55 mile per hour speed limits. Bad ideas fail the test of time.

The method to add Rights of People or change powers of Congress is stated in the Constitution ARTICLE V, called Amendments. Congress is currently restricted by the Bill of Rights, ARTICLE [X].

Political Suicide

Please explain the difference between Senate & House Members committing political suicide with votes to support President and two House leaders with a spoken goal to end the American Constitution and a Muslim self-strapped with explosives to destroy Americans?

IN BOTH CASES, humans' futures end, so the demanding leader lives-on.
Now tell me the leaders care about the individual House Member or exploited Citizen.

WITHOUT ONE INDIVIDUAL SOLID BASE OF TRUTH PRINCIPLE, LIFE IS WITHOUT PURPOSE.

Dishonesty changes too often and too fast to fasten ones life with a secure feeling.

Climate Control Legislation

Dear Sirs,


Actually improving the environment would stop politicians' source of dishonest income. Selling the fear of change does create wealthy politicians with the assistance of financial brokers and scientist, without ever influencing the environment. Natural temperature fluctuations prove either success or the need for more effort. Toss the coin. Heads the politician wins, tails the people loose.

Taxation of business passes the cost of continued pollution to the final consumer.

It is a fact that preventable waste of life and pollution needs to stop. The method must be honest.

Volunteered improvement is best. Passing then enforcing laws to force non-polluting business practices, will improve the environment and create new industrial jobs. The consumer pays either way. Everyone benefits from honest improvements.

The individual's goal is to transfer punishment to government for their personal choice responsibility for failed actions. Washington D. C. has no power to control the individual's behavior before personal actions.

Southern Californians have no power to force Virginians to wear shorts and sandals in January. Individuals will always do as the alone desire, regardless of recognized morals or laws. In the end, everything is personal, except the things are larger than humanity.

Provable earth facts are simple, climate changes with the passing of time. Archeologists discover previous civilizations under soil and water.

The earth has transformed from a three-thousand degree ball of liquid rock, to a sphere of salt water. The earth froze covered by six miles thick solid ice that melted exposing land. Everyone knows salt water does not freeze, since heavier salt sinks below the lighter ice and fresh water. Continents united as one giant land mass, two times so far. The ocean floor sinks into the earth core that erupts as volcanoes rising to snow-capped islands.

Space Mountains the size of Hawaii collided with earth blocking the sun for decades, but the earth continues to live. Volcanoes injected sulfur and carbon dioxide into the atmosphere that brought new life to desolate landscapes. Life continues to live in acids, ice, 130-degree deserts and rivers of lava. Life's source never consults with human scientists for suggested concept nor requests their approval of designed matter existence.

Fifteen-billion years of past success anticipated to continue for another fifteen-billion years, without human input, seems more powerful than science.

Change is constant without the assistance, approval or tiny influence of humans.

Of course, all of this began before dishonest humans learned to tax the fears of decent people. In time, today's microscopic life forms will join the extinct, as will humanity.

Science explains changes to people who live in exploitable fear of personal responsibility to a greater power. Politician's profit is not my concern. I do respect all life and the planet, through preventing unnecessary pollution and not killing for pleasure.

Taxation for personal gain is killing humanity to prove political superiority. Virginians, live how you deem necessary every day of your life. We will do the same, with your acceptance of our choice.

Whatever governments can destroy with the help of science and false profits, TRUTH will correct at the correct time. People may deny the center of Creation existence, which does not change the TRUTH.

Creation existed before humans. Creation will continue without the need for humanity's approval. Your organization has my permission to serve your goals to the best of your conscience. Remember that personal responsibility for individual choices is unavoidable.

I will serve my Master in like fashion.

FORCE THE PEOPLE

Dear Congresswomen Michele Bachmann,

You are the first elected person to identify the only issue that is constitutionally necessary to address.

Power to FORCE THE PEOPLE to purchase anything, is not a specified authorized power of Congress! In fact, Founding Fathers wrote and signed a Declaration of Independence, to escape a government that believed in FORCE. Founding Fathers defined government force as TYRANNY.

There are not provisions in the Constitution permitting Congress to levy fines and imprison PEOPLE for failure to purchase a commodity.

Today's out-of-control-government is why FOUNDING FATHERS immediately included the PEOPLES' BILL of RIGHTS in the Constitution.

Fathers added the First Ten Amendments to prevent later Congressional violations of the main Constitution body, ARTICLE I through VII.

The BILL of RIGHTS ARTICLES [I] through [X] directly forbid, future Congress violations of PEOPLES RIGHTS, by Congress self-granting non-existing power. Founding Fathers provided a legal non-violent means to end Congresses assault. If peace fails, the Declaration of Independence goes further.
No power on earth can separate people from the Declaration of Independence, since it does not include an amendment process.Only additional people may be recognised as protected by the document's provisions.
 
Constitution Amendment ARTICLE V process provides a legal means for Congress to request the PEOPLES' permission to add or limit rights and powers, that do not FUNDEMENTALLY ELIMINATE the Constitution. The process is long to allow complete discussions to avoid errors.

Congress involvement is not required & Presidents have no role in Amendments.

Thirty-four State Legislatures may request Constitution Amendments and thirty-eight States must ratify the Amendment. ARTICLE V. Lawyers and THE PEOPLE, may file lawsuits to stop Congress.

Additional civil and criminal personal liabilities become a reality, after Congress persons vote for a known unconstitutional bill.  

Any FORCED redistribution of wealth program violates the Constitution's fundamental purpose to protect individual RIGHTS of a FREE CHOICE PEOPLE, which seems as the earthly goal of this administration.

Please read the Constitution and Declaration of Independence again, to refresh your memory. Please pay close attention to specified limited Congressional powers identified in ARTICLE I, section 8. Section 9 forbids certain actions. ARTICLE [X] Bill of Rights, retains not specified powers, by the STATES and PEOPLE.

On 9-28-09, I filed [Document: 2009-03638] with the La Paz County, Arizona Recorder, 9 pages of violations, cross-referenced to controlling ARTICLE, section and paragraph in the Constitution. High treason is provable by preplanned intentional violations of America's existing Constitution, by an attorney-president.Most Americans pray for his conversion, but that does not seem likely.

Senator Kyl and other Republicans seem to be running media interference to sooth the public. Maybe the Republican goal is to prevent public violence. Every NEWS organization seems to be playing its assigned role to usher-in the upcoming "New World Order", which means RULE by believable lies that change with politicians' financial needs .

Maybe you are interested in preserving the Country's foundation in the "ORDER of TRUTH", under which Americans constructed today's reality. If so, I'll see it on the news.
