What existing Constitution Article and section do you feel grants a subservient Congress to pass any law forcing the 'People Employers' to purchase anything, Nationwide, under the threat of fines and / or imprisonment.?

Congress' 'PEOPLE EMPLOYER'S' HOLD THE AUTHORITY, which they may choose to grant through the existing Constitution method of Amendments to grant new limited authority and eliminate the people's Rights..

What has been happening with the healthcare proposal is, a nationwide public discussion of all details of a "Peoples' Bank robbery" by government, to the point that people forget that robbing banks, is a crime.

Please return to serving your own oath to regain personal respect by preserving the EXISTING CONSTITUTION.
