A quick letter I wrote to the producers for Rush Limbaugh's show at the EIB Network...
Dear Producers,
Once the Democratic Party knowingly passes an unconstitutional health care plan, how many private individuals, businesses and groups can file federal lawsuits against the individual bill passage voters?
Politicians are not above law. Every person forced to buy, or is fined for failure to purchase anything, is a victim of illegal seizure of private property. Redistribution of wealth is not an authorized government power.
Free speech does not force others to listen or force the use of public money to pay speakers. The right to own firearms does not require strangers' payment for another's gun with taxes. Religious freedom does not obligate tax payment of religion's buildings. Right to health care cannot force tax payment of personal health care insurance.
