Requested Constitution Amendments:

Requested Constitution Amendments:
My interest is eliminating Constitution abuse by the elected far-left socialist movement. We Americans who still believe in the Constitution will resist eliminating the document. Systematically, that is what has occurred in the last 60-years.
For that reason, I suggest TEN amendments at one time, written to end the stolen authority by the far-left.

1. Pass a Constitution Amendment permanently restoring to honor, the Creator mentioned in The Declaration of Independence. By the Creator's authority, this Nation was born. There is now an unclear distinction of Constitutional Rights and Declaration of Independence Endowed Inalienable Rights.
Explanation: [No restriction of any deity or lack thereof is acceptable publicly or in private. Tolerance of other's beliefs is the rule of law. The first major abuse of the Constitution was the elimination of the public acknowledgement of the Nation's Creator.
All other violations became possible after this beginning of the end of the People's Rights. The Declaration says Creator granted inalienable Rights to the individual, not State or Nation. The Constitution says the people are the government.
The Declaration does not refer to a named Creator or a bang for origin of Rights. Constitutional Freedom leaves the decision to the individual. Accepting  tollerance only, will grant personal peace. "Do-your-own religious thing. Live your life not threatened by someone else's belief. Throw no stones while hiding behind glass. By including "Endowed Inalienable" in the Constitution means neither the people nor politicians can separate endowed rights from the People. The elected government remains subject to the people who are responsible to their concept of Creator or meaningless existence.] After this life, it is a one-on-one judgement ... or not.
2.Pass a Constitution Amendment requiring a balanced annual budget. Excess spending is paid personally by those voting for the excess. Currently a 20-year deficit reduction plan must be included through phased-in entitlement reduction replaced with phased-in future private market programs. Failed business is paid for by the executives, unions and consultants. Congress must hold designated program funds separately, not in the general fund, out of future Congressional control. [How to accomplish this in the private market is itemized in another posting to come.]
3. Pass a Constitution Amendment requiring Senators and Representatives remain home-state paid employees with State benefits rather than remain National employees able to write their own salreys and benefits. This eliminates their independent 'Superiority Complexes' after elections.
4. Pass Constitution Amendment requiring the recording and televising of all Congressional Committee meetings. Secrecy from the People, who are the government, is wrong. Once elected, politicians serve ALL THE PEOPLE, not just their party leaders or President. Require posting all sessions on Internet for not less than five years. Exempt National Security meetings from immediate broadcast, but still record audio and visual for future Americans to see.
5. Pass Constitution Amendment requiring all persons, businesses and corporations become equally subject to all laws with one-tax. Except only, military personnel in combat zones!
One taxation rate of XX percentage without special provisions for poor or rich produces more dollars from the rich. One basic exemption and more dependants remain the only write-off. Select ONE type of tax, income, Value Added, or National Sales Tax, as the only federal tax. This means House, Senate, President and their financial contributors are subject to same laws as average citizens.
Restoring 'equality under the law' prevents higher taxation rates to the rich with special exceptions granted to some as political payoffs, preventing collection of taxes.
6. Pass Constitution Amendment requiring one-subject only bills, understood by an average high school graduate. Type size and page-length of bills could be limited.
7. Pass Constitution Amendment requiring that entire reconciled bills remain in limbo, posted on the Internet as 'Not available for signing into law'. Proposed Bills remain posted a minimum of 30-days before available to House and Senate for further discussion. Both Houses must consider public recommendations. If one provision is altered repeat the 30-day posting process, until independent public poll majority supports the bill. President must wait 10-days before signing or vetoing.
8. Pass Constitution Amendment forbidding one company and one state funded 'pork' projects.
9. Pass Constitution Amendment forbidding Presidential appointed persons with power to restrict income or impose fines. Restrict Executive orders to 90-days, after said time two-thirds of both houses approval would make the order law.
10. Pass a Constitution Amendment forbidding corporate, union or private lobbyist contributing money to candidates, elected politicians and political parties. Establish payments to parties, candidates or elected persons as mutual treason, with payers and payees personally, corporate and agents fined equal to TEN times the amount paid / received. Fines pay down the National Debt. Betraying the Nation's trust is a crime punishable with death.
